Upminster Hockey Club is open to new senior and 13-18 memberships all year round, but if the brilliant result on Friday night has tempted you then there’s quite clearly no better time to get involved! Our season starts in just under a month and our 10 men’s and women’s Saturday sides are able to cater for a wide range of abilities. Our training sessions take place during the week and if you are able to commit to playing at the weekend why not just come along and try out at training and see if it is for you.
We currently field five Saturday sides in both men’s and women’s hockey during the winter alongside a few summer league teams. Our men’s and ladies’ first teams play in the East Division 1 and 1 South respectively, with all of the other sides spread evenly through the leagues below offering hockey to every ability within our club. On top of this we have several social events at our club during the year, topped off with an Easter inter-club tournament on the grass in Upminster Park.
Our home matches are played at The Coopers’ Company and Coborn School and our clubhouse is based in Upminster Park. Both are within walking distance of Upminster Station.
