It’s that time again when our thoughts turn to the annual Dinner & Dance, which this year is taking place on Saturday 21 April 2018 at a new location, Ingrebourne Links Golf & Country Club, New Road, Wennington, Rainham, Essex RM13 9FL. It is hoped that as many of you as possible will support what is our biggest event of the year.
This event is open to all playing members, colts parents, life vice presidents, social members and friends of Upminster Hockey Club. As normal, any person aged 14 or over is welcome at the event, however, anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Time: 6.30pm for 7.00pm sit down, carriages 1am
Attire: Black tie / Lounge suit
Please find attached a booking form for this event. Tickets are priced again at £35 per head, and are ONLY on sale direct from Karren Berry, Andrew Berry & Michael Scrivener. Bookings will only be accepted with a completed booking form and payment. Payment can be by cash, by cheque made payable to Upminster Hockey Club, or if you wish to pay by bank transfer then please email on ambezza@gmail.com and we will provide you with the details. If you are looking to book a full table, then please be advised that tables can only seat 8 or 10 maximum. This year, we cannot have any tables larger than this.
Please get in early to avoid disappointment as spaces are limited. Deadline for your forms to be in is 17th March 2018.
