Memberships
We’re completely paper-free throughout the club and have moved everything onto Teamo, a third-party membership system. This enables us to manage every single member in one secure area while staying GDPR compliant.
All sign-ups can be submitted through the same form, however for consent purposes all under 18 memberships need to be completed by the parent/guardian. If you have any questions please feel free to email members@upminsterhc.co.uk
The annual subscriptions for 2025/2026 are below:
Adult – £216
Unemployed / Part Time – £116
U12-U18 / Full Time Education – £136
U12 – £130
U8s – £80
Family – (Maximum 2 adults and children either at school or in full time education.) – £452
If you would find it easier to pay in instalments then please email the club treasurer and this can be arranged. Similarly if at any point you feel that you are struggling with the cost of playing, please speak in confidence to either Kerry Hodges, the club chairman, or Lloyd Sutton, the club treasurer.
Subs must be paid by the end of September or you will not be eligible for selection for any matches.
