**Senior Training Sessions**

Tuesdays, 8.30pm to 9.30pm
Menโ€™s โ€“ Lower XIโ€™s 3โ€™s, 4โ€™s, 5โ€™s & Boys Year 8 (age 13 upwards).

Wednesdays, 7pm to 8pm
Ladies โ€“ Lower XIโ€™s 3โ€™s, 4โ€™s, 5โ€™s, 6โ€™s & Girls Year 8 (age 13 upwards).

Wednesdays, 8pm to 9.30pm.
Ladies โ€“ Higher XIโ€™s 1โ€™s & 2โ€™s.
Menโ€™s โ€“ Higher XIโ€™s 1โ€™s & 2โ€™s.

Wednesdays, 6pm to 7pm
Girls & Boys U12 (Years 6 & 7).

Fridays, 6pm to 7pm
Girls & Boys U8 & U10 (Years 1 to 5).

Sundays, 9.30am to 10.30am
Girls & Boys U8 & U10 (Years 1 to 5).

Sundays, 10.30am to 11.30am
Girls & Boys U12 (Years 6 & 7).

Sundays, 11.30am to 12.30pm
Girls & Boys U14 & U16 (Years 8 to 11).
