All training returns to Coopers this week. Please see the below information around the dates/timings for your team/age group!! 🏃🏽‍♂️🏃🏼‍♀️💪🏼

**Senior Training Sessions**

Tuesdays, 8.30pm to 9.30pm
Men’s – Lower XI’s 3’s, 4’s, 5’s & Boys Year 8 (age 13 upwards).

Wednesdays, 7pm to 8pm
Ladies – Lower XI’s 3’s, 4’s, 5’s, 6’s & Girls Year 8 (age 13 upwards).

Wednesdays, 8pm to 9.30pm.
Ladies – Higher XI’s 1’s & 2’s.
Men’s – Higher XI’s 1’s & 2’s.

**Junior Training Sessions**

Wednesdays, 6pm to 7pm
Girls & Boys U12 (Years 6 & 7).

Fridays, 6pm to 7pm
Girls & Boys U8 & U10 (Years 1 to 5).

Sundays, 9.30am to 10.30am
Girls & Boys U8 & U10 (Years 1 to 5).

Sundays, 10.30am to 11.30am
Girls & Boys U12 (Years 6 & 7).

Sundays, 11.30am to 12.30pm
Girls & Boys U14 & U16 (Years 8 to 11).
