Upminster Pavilion Club are pleased to announce to the Cricket and Hockey Club memberships that the Clubhouse will open from Saturday 17th April. Following the recent Government Covid restriction easings we are able to offer our members an outdoor seated service for drinks and also a takeaway service. We hope you appreciate that we are still under Government COVID restrictions and expect our membership to follow the guidelines.
Seated Table Service – There will be a limited amount of seating available outside the clubhouse. Seats cannot be reserved and will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Members will be shown to their table by the Pavilion Club bar staff. Members are asked not to move the seating arrangements or move around tables once seated. The rule of six applies to outdoor hospitality.
Takeaway Service – A takeaway service will be available via the patio doors. When queueing members are asked to respect social distancing rules. Takeaway drinks are not permitted to be consumed within the designated Pavilion area. We ask that members consume takeaway drinks away from the clubhouse and adhere to Covid guidelines. Again, the Rule of 6 applies for our takeaway service.
Unfortunately, we are still not able to offer any hospitality inside the clubhouse other than the use of the toilet facilities.
We hope you understand and appreciate why we need to follow the hospitality guidelines and ask our members to work with us to ensure that we can remain open until the restrictions are lifted further.
