Thank you very much for your continued support to your hockey club in these difficult times. We really appreciate everyone’s efforts in supporting the Club through your membership and in following the guidelines in an ever changing situation.
Unfortunately, after the government announcement at the weekend we have had confirmation from England Hockey that all hockey activities need to be suspended on Thursday 5th November until the 4th December at the earliest.
We are of course very disappointed with this decision, but rest assured we are constantly monitoring the situation. We will be working with the governing bodies and league organisers for both the Adults and Junior sections to ensure we can play as many games and run as many coaching sessions as possible when we restart. The usual season runs from September to March, we will of course assess this and extend this if needed with the aim of getting as much hockey in as our members have become accustomed to.
