If you’re looking for something new this year then the club are looking for umpires or young umpires to join the team.
All courses will be paid for by the club and can be accessed via the England Hockey Hub
Benefits of becoming an umpire and umpiring games on a Saturday.
- All umpires will be allocated around any playing commitments.
- You can choose a specific time/game to umpire, whatever you feel comfortable with.
- Umpires now only have to umpire home games, so there’s no travelling to away matches.
- By umpiring a game, you don’t pay match fees (22 games x £8.50 = £187 saved in match fees per season).
