With almost 1 day to go until December here’s an update for what’s been happening and what’s coming up.
Our Bangerz ‘n Mashupz Music Quiz Night which was held on Saturday 13th November was another huge success. With 12 teams going for the win, we lost around 6 after the half way stage! Our eventual winners were Quizzlypuffs captained by Jordan Southan who took home the massive inflatable trophy! But the main winner was the club who raised £500 from the table sales as well as placing £2.5k+ over the bar!!
But with all good things we’ve reviewed the upcoming December socials and unfortunately we are going to cancel the Junior Xmas Party which was going to be held on Sunday 19th December. With the uncertainty of the new COVID variant and it being so close to Christmas we feel it isn’t worth the risk to anyone to possibly miss out on another Christmas. We will be looking for other opportunities for Junior events/afternoons in the New Year.

UHC Xmas Party – Saturday 11th December 2021, 7pm-11pm
UHC Boxing Day Game – Sunday 26th December, 10.30pm-3.00pm
UHC New Years Eve Party – This is still being reviewed and a decision will be made this week if we go ahead.

Moving onto playing things training sessions will be running up to Sunday 19th December before we break for Christmas. It is possible that all the Men’s training will finish sooner so please watch out for further updates around the exact date.
And finally just a note that there will be NO Junior training this Sunday 5th December due to massive set of Junior Fixtures all being held at Coopers. All team managers will be in touch during the week to invite your child to play if selected.
