With player safety being really important to UHC, we would like to increase the number of trained first aiders we have within the club, so we are running a first aid course that is tailored to typical hockey related injuries.
The session is open to everybody and is being held at the Pavilion in Upminster Park on Thursday 3rd October from 7pm until 9.30pm.
