It is with great sadness to announce that Past Club Captain Trevor Jones passed away at 6pm on the 22nd of February after suffering a major stroke 10 days before.
Trevor joined Upminster Hockey Club in 1966 and became a 1st team player of extraordinary talent and Club Captain in the 1980s.
He was a wonderful character to have in the club, full of fun and will be greatly missed by all that enjoyed his company both on and off the pitch.
His funeral will be at Upminster Crematorium on 16th March at 13.20 pm.
