Great to be back playing Hockey again as well as being able to enjoy the ‘social’ side of Hockey which we started off a couple of weeks ago with our ’80s’ themed party.
This month of October we have a couple of social events coming up.
UHC Oktoberfest – Saturday 16th October, 7.30pm – til late
After the success of this event a couple of years ago, we will be bringing Bavaria back to Upminster with plenty of Bratwurst, Beer & more Oompah Oompah that you can shake a German Sausage at. It’ll be £5 per person which will include food, music and plenty of games involving Ping Pong balls. Fancy dress is encouraged.
UHC Junior Halloween Party – Sunday 31st October, 3pm-6pm
We’re inviting all of our Junior members to the club for a special Halloween Party for the cost £2.50 per child (adults free and the bar will be open). We’ll have spooky music playing, pumpkin carving making and plenty of trick or treats in the afternoon as well as a prize for best fancy dress! Also West Ham have a fixture scheduled vs Aston Villa (4.30pm-6.00pm) so we’ll have that on in the background for those who want to watch a potential horror show.
