Due to Coopers being closed between 6pm-8pm for an Open evening, we will be running a Parent & Child Session at the UHC Clubhouse starting from 6pm-7.45pm.

- 6.00PM-6:45PM – U8, U10, U12 Parents/Guardians & Children
- 7.00PM-7:45PM – U14, U16, U18 Parents/Guardians &/or Children
This session will focus on how we can have the BEST season yet as a hockey club.
We will cover:
- Growing in confidence
- How to nurture talent
- The key mental skills needed for success
It will be led by Richard Shorter who works in professional high performance pathways including England hockey, Manchester United, West Ham and Tottenham Hotspur. As well as some of the countries top sporting schools such as Millfield and Wellington college.

Any children attending the first session MUST be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Parents/guardians wishing to attend without their children are welcome. U14, U16, U18 children are welcome to attend even if parents/guardians are unable to join.
